In fifty the series, the stories of the four women in the movie; the strained relationships with family and friends continue months later. If you are anxious to find out what happens to Jamal’s family secret is, what happens with Sade’s relationship with her mother and Maria’s relationship with Kunle then you cannot miss watching this.

The Story
Four career women (Tola, Lizzie, Maria, and Kate) are dealing with issues in their lives as a stranger infiltrates their circle and rakes havoc in their finances and their lives. Several storylines spun from the movie run consistently. Lizzie get’s married and her friends and family do not seem accepting of her husband. Just as they decide to embrace him things change, will this marriage last? Will she be able to keep her friends despite everything?
The men have to deal with the complexities of the issues the women are facing as they create their own mess and address their own shortcomings and failures. Divorce, cancer, new businesses, and pregnancy at an advanced age. Some of the themes covered are gender, love, trust, mental health, and money.
The Actors
Ireti is exceptional in this production. Nse is replaced with Kiera Hewatch and she does a great job of helping us understand her character, Kate.

All the character are so believable in their roles I found it hard to pick anything I did not really like
Technical Construction
I love the locations used in Fifty The series production. The lighting was much better however given that Kate and her husband are supposed to be struggling, I think the home used in the movie communicated their financial situation better.
Conclusion
I am enjoying this series no doubt and appreciating the actors afresh.
