Zainab Balogun Nwachukwu was born on October 10, 1989, to Nigerian parents in London; she hails from Abeokuta, Ogun State. She attended Sacred Heart RC secondary school and Christ the King College, where she developed an interest in the arts and formed a musical group with two friends. She completed her A levels in Law, Psychology, English Language, and Literature; subsequently, she attended the University Of Kent, where she obtained a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB)
By 16, Zainab was already working as a model with an agency. After obtaining her Law degree, she began to appear in shows like a material girl, cocktail, and the famous Christopher Nolan movie, “The Dark Knight Rises”, in 2012.

Zainab Balogun traditionally married Jetwest founder Dikko Nwachukwu, a widower after his wife died in 2015, on May 13 2018. The pair share two sons from his previous marriage. She was introduced to the businessman by a mutual friend; they instantly became friends, and later, romance crept in.
She recently revealed her struggle with Ovarian Cyst and how she got deliverance from a prayer platform named New Season Prophetic Prayer Declaration (NSPPD) that has taken the world by storm.
